1. I have been looking at Matariki this week  and this is some learning I have learnt or some things from the book

Reading PP1

The question this time was What do you think PP1.
I had to choose a habitat or place in the world and find out find 5 fascinating facts.

The perfect Person

I have been reading a book called The Perfect Person. It is really interesting. It is about a man that is called Dr Harvey Shaw. He wants to make a perfect person. Miss Thomas has been giving us some work to do about this story you can see one of them.

My Photo Essay Botanicial Gardens

This is the trip for Botanicial Gardens.
It is a photo Eassy that I had to make about the BG { Botanicial Gardens}.

Forests are really helpful to us I never knew that so it is interesting I thought forests were just forests with lots of trees and plants and animals.

The FBI {Funky , Bacteria, Invertebrate} are really helpful to leaves because the leaves first start in just normal green then the FBI bites some of the leaves then it turns into their skelltion then it turns into soil which was very interesting.

Enjoyment - people like walking, tramping,

cycling, riding their bikes

Shady habitats - for birds, plants, animals,

invertebrates (insects)

Things to use - medicines, wood

Stop soil erosion

This is a cross word we did together. It was very fun.

This is my first time on we video and I made a video about me reading a book called The ACB with Honora Lee.

Miss Paton helped us do we video.

Basic Facts Progress

This year we have done some basic facts.

I have noticed that I am getting better at addition more than subtraction, division and also multiplication.

For this Term 1 I got  55 /60   I am proud I have tried my best and Got a score 55 out of 60.

For Term 2 I got 54  /100 I am proud once again I tried my hardest to do all of division and multiplication.
I need to work on Division and Multiplication and little of my subtraction. 
There is another test coming up so I am going to practise at home for at least one hour and play lots of basic facts game so I get 100 out of 100 in the test that is coming up.
I am going to try and get all the exactions right in the new test that is coming up
Remember Maths Is fun.

Helpful land harmful to our planet

We have been learning about what is Harmful and Helpful.
I made a poster of things that are harmful and helpful to our planet. If you think of more right things that are helpful write it in the comments. I may not be right but I tried to get it right so enjoy.

You may not see it so I will write it : Sun makes grass grow the cows eat the grass then they make milk then humans drink the milk so they grow
